VLCF Timeline:

• The FY27 VLCF round is open from June 9, 2026 until 5:00pm on August 21, 2026.
• Grant awards will be announced in November 2026.
• Grant agreements will be sent to recipients in December 2026.

Virginia Community Flood Preparedness Fund (CFPF)

CFPF Timeline:

• Round 6 of the CFPF opened on October 15^th, 2025 and closed on December 1^st, 2025.

CFPF Application Categories:

• Capacity Building and Planning Grants
• Study Grants
• Flood Prevention and Protection Project Grants
• Grants to support US Army Corps of Engineers Coastal Storm Risk Management Projects and Flood Risk Management Projects

RVRF Timeline:

· The opening date for RVRF will be announced soon and applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
